Terms And Conditions *

1. Booking & Deposits This signed rental agreement and this non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. Full payment is due 30 days before the event date unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Event dates are not guaranteed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If canceled 30 days or more before the event, only the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event may result in the forfeiture of up to 100% of the rental fee, depending on proximity to the event date. 3. Event Hours & Overtime Events must begin and end within the contracted hours. Standard rental includes access from [start time] to [end time]. Additional hours must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees. Overtime not pre-approved will be charged at [insert fee] per hour and deducted from the security deposit. 4. Set-Up & Clean-Up Set-up and breakdown time must occur within the rental period. Client is responsible for removing all personal belongings, decorations, and trash by the end of the event. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue is not returned in its original condition. 5. Decorations No nails, staples, or adhesives may be used on walls or furniture. Open flames, glitter, confetti, or fog machines are prohibited unless approved in writing. All decorations must be removed immediately after the event. 6. Conduct & Responsibility The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests, vendors, and service providers. Excessive noise, disorderly conduct, or illegal activities may result in immediate termination of the event with no refund. Children must be supervised at all times. 7. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of [insert amount] is required and will be returned within [insert number] days post-event, assuming no damages, overtime, or violations occur. Damages beyond the deposit amount will be the client’s financial responsibility. 8. Liability & Insurance El Dorado Event Center is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your event. Clients are encouraged to obtain event liability insurance. Proof of insurance may be required for certain types of events. 9. Force Majeure El Dorado Event Center is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
